What the inspection covers:
- Every roof plane walked — We don't inspect from the ground. Every accessible roof plane gets a walk-through with eyes on the actual surface.
- Shingles, flashing, penetrations — Condition of shingles, sealant at every penetration (vents, chimneys, plumbing stacks), flashing at valleys and walls.
- Hail and wind damage assessment — Bruise hits, granule loss, lifted shingles, creased shingles — all documented with photo evidence and location.
- Gutter and fascia condition — While we're up there — gutter sag, fascia rot, soffit damage, downspout routing all noted.
- Written report with photos — Emailed within 24 hours. Findings explained in plain English, no inflated severity, no scare tactics.
