Preventive Maintenance for NW Georgia Homes

The pattern we see over and over: a small problem nobody noticed turns into a major repair two years later. A slowly sagging gutter overflows for a winter, then the fascia is rotted. A small section of moss on the north slope grows for three years, then the shingles underneath are spongy. A blocked downspout pools water at the foundation through one rainy season, then there's a crack.

The preventive maintenance program is the antidote. Two or four visits a year, depending on which tier you pick — cleaning, inspection, minor repair, and a written summary of what we found and what we did. Bundled at a flat rate that's less than fixing the problems separately.

Scheduled visits. Flat-rate pricing. Small problems caught before they cost. No long-term contract.

Two tiers, pick the one that fits:

  1. Seasonal — twice a year — Spring (March–April) and fall (November–December). Each visit includes a full gutter cleaning, downspout flush, written inspection report, and minor repairs included up to a flat-fee allowance.
  2. Quarterly — four times a year — Every three months. Same gutter cleaning + inspection + minor repair allowance as Seasonal, plus a roof check each visit and a soft-wash spot-treatment on the north slope if needed.
  3. Add-ons for both tiers — Full roof soft-wash, gutter guard installation, fascia repair, and downspout reroute all available at member pricing during program visits.
  4. Cancel anytime — No contract you can't get out of. If the program isn't worth it to you, cancel before the next scheduled visit and stop paying.

The preventive maintenance idea isn't new — every reputable HVAC, plumbing, and roofing company offers a version of it. What's different about ours is the lack of fine print. There's no long-term contract. No automatic price escalation. No 'membership fee' that's separate from the actual work. You pay a flat rate per visit, you get the work itemized in a written report each time, and you can stop whenever.

Why Choose Premier

  • Catch Small, Pay Small

Re-pitching a sagging run during a scheduled visit costs $0 (within the allowance). Letting the same run overflow for a year and rot the fascia costs thousands. Preventive is cheaper.

  • Flat-Rate, Itemized

Each visit is the same flat fee. You get a written report after every visit showing exactly what we found, what we did, and what we'd recommend for next time.

  • No Surprise Add-Ons

Minor repair allowance is included in the visit fee. If something needs more than that, we quote it before doing the work — never after.

  • Cancel Anytime

No long-term contract. If you decide the program isn't worth it, cancel and stop paying. Your last completed visit stands on its own.

Quarterly Program — Cohutta Home Under Oaks

A Cohutta homeowner with three large white oaks signed up for the quarterly program after a sagging run overflowed and rotted six feet of fascia. The program has caught two small issues since — both fixed during the scheduled visit at no extra charge.

What each visit looks like

  • Hand-clean every run: Debris bagged off the roof, every downspout flushed and tested.
  • Walk the roof: Check shingles, flashing, penetrations, and gutter mounts. Note moss or algae growth on the north slope.
  • Minor repair allowance: Re-pitched a back-side run last spring, replaced two hangers in the fall visit. Both included in the visit fee, no extra charge.
  • Written report: Emailed within 24 hours. Photos of any concerns, plain-English summary of what we did, what to watch for next visit.

What NW Georgia Homeowners Say

  • Guards Solved a Decade of Climbing

We have three big oaks and a couple of pines, and I was cleaning my gutters four times a year. Matt installed the no-clog guards, threw in the free roof and gutter cleaning, and I haven't been back up the ladder since. Worth every dollar.

  • Honest Insurance Help After Hail

My adjuster said the roof looked fine. Matt walked it, found 20+ bruise hits, documented every one with photos, and met the adjuster on-site. Claim was approved for a full replacement. He didn't pressure me into using him for the work — that's why I did.

  • Same-Week Service Before Spring Storms

Three other companies couldn't fit us in. Premier had us measured, quoted, and installed in under a week — right before the spring storms started. Quote was the price we paid, no surprises.

  • Will Use Again Without Hesitation

Cleaned out the oak buds and pine needles from every run, repaired two sagging sections, and installed gutter guards. Showed up when he said, charged what he quoted. Integrity and dignity — that's the right way to describe how he runs the business.

FAQs

Preventive Maintenance FAQs

  • Pricing depends on the size of your home and which tier you pick. Most single-story homes run $150–$225 per Seasonal visit, $125–$175 per Quarterly visit (lower per-visit price for the more frequent schedule). We quote the exact program rate during a free home assessment.

  • No. The program is set up per visit — you can cancel before the next scheduled visit and stop paying. No early-termination fees, no automatic price hikes, no fine print.

  • Standard small fixes: re-pitching a sagging section, replacing one or two hangers, resealing a separated joint, clearing a blocked downspout, re-anchoring a loose run. Anything beyond the allowance gets quoted before we do the work.

  • Yes. Roof soft-wash, gutter guard installation, fascia repair, and other larger services are quoted at member pricing during your scheduled visit. Typically 10–15% off the standard rate.

  • It's basically the same idea, but with three differences: the visits are scheduled automatically so you don't forget; the minor-repair allowance is built in; and you get a written history of your gutter and roof condition over time, which is useful at sale or insurance time.
